Rob Webb left the YMCA in 1995 to form R.M. Webb & Associates, a multi-discipline management consulting firm specializing in nonprofit fundraising solutions. His first client was the American Red Cross, Greater Long Beach Chapter where he worked to create their very first Annual Support Campaign. Rob is a past City Councilman in Long Beach, California and a former Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) as well as Past President of his local Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce. Rob is a graduate of Leadership Long Beach and has served as a consultant/trainer for the Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He was a founding director of the Long Beach Sports Council, the Local Organizing Committee of the 2004 United States Olympic Swim Trials and the Long Beach Aquatic Capital of America Foundation. He was a Mexican Liaison Officer with the United States Lifeguard Association and co-founder of the Beach Water Polo Cup, the largest water polo tournament in the United States held in sea water.
Rob Webb moved to Maui, Hawaii in 2016 to pursue his life-long dream. He is an avid waterman and his hobbies include stand up paddle boarding, sailing, bodysurfing, spearfishing and open water swimming. Rob is a long-time speaker and Master of Ceremonies for nonprofit special events and is active in his island community.
