Rob Webb

Rob Webb is Nonprofit Campaigns LLC Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer. Rob has over 30 years of experience guiding volunteers and staff in creating High Impact Fundraising Campaigns. His journey began in 1981 as Aquatic Director for the YMCA of Greater Long Beach where he learned ALL STAFF play a key role in the Annual Sustaining Campaign (as they called it back then). Rob spent the next 14 years as a YMCA Professional Director learning the ins and outs of successful campaigns.

Rob Webb left the YMCA in 1995 to form R.M. Webb & Associates, a multi-discipline management consulting firm specializing in nonprofit fundraising solutions. His first client was the American Red Cross, Greater Long Beach Chapter where he worked to create their very first Annual Support Campaign. Rob is a past City Councilman in Long Beach, California and a former Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) as well as Past President of his local Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce. Rob is a graduate of Leadership Long Beach and has served as a consultant/trainer for the Long Beach Nonprofit Partnership and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He was a founding director of the Long Beach Sports Council, the Local Organizing Committee of the 2004 United States Olympic Swim Trials and the Long Beach Aquatic Capital of America Foundation. He was a Mexican Liaison Officer with the United States Lifeguard Association and co-founder of the Beach Water Polo Cup, the largest water polo tournament in the United States held in sea water.

Rob Webb moved to Maui, Hawaii in 2016 to pursue his life-long dream. He is an avid waterman and his hobbies include stand up paddle boarding, sailing, bodysurfing, spearfishing and open water swimming. Rob is a long-time speaker and Master of Ceremonies for nonprofit special events and is active in his island community.

Mark Webb

Mark Webb is Nonprofit Campaigns President and responsible for the day to day operation. He literally grew up immersed in his parents’ annual campaigns, capital campaigns, planned giving campaigns and even political campaigns. Mark completed his formal education at Long Beach City College and then California State University, Long Beach with both an AA and BA in History. Mark also earned a Certification in Nonprofit Fundraising from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Mark is a member of YMCA Service Club of Greater Long Beach and also spent many years as an educator for underprivileged children with Americorps of Southern California. Mark served as a Researcher for the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region Corporate Fundraising Division as well as the President of Youth for the Voters Rights Amendment at CSULB. While at CSULB Mark served as the Historian for his Fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon, Delta Theta Chapter. Mark lives in Long Beach, California with his wife and young son and enjoys surfing, open water swimming and cycling.

Donya Webb

Donya Webb is our Campaign Consultant. She has over 30 years of experience leading nonprofits through all aspects of fundraising. Donya is a former Vice President with the YMCA of Greater Long Beach and past Development Director for the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and the Idaho Foodbank. She is a graduate of Leadership Long Beach and was a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and North American YMCA Development Organization (NAYDO). Donya is Past President of both the Gardena/Carson Rotary Club and Long Beach City College Fine Arts Foundation and was a Governing Board Member of Memorial Hospital of Gardena. Donya is a graduate of Biola University with a BS in Organizational Development and received her Master’s degree from Baypath College in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy. Donya now resides in Meridian, Idaho and enjoys hiking, cycling and skiing.
